Seasonal service — availability confirmed for your area.

Service is triggered by an agreed snowfall threshold — for example a set number of centimetres — not a fixed time. During a storm we clear qualified properties on a route and return after the storm if snow keeps accumulating. We do not promise a guaranteed arrival time.
What’s included — and what isn’t

Clear boundaries, up front

So the quote and the invoice match. Anything below marked as not-included is quoted separately if you want it — never added silently.

Included in the base service
  • Clearing snow from the agreed driveway and walkways once the trigger is met
  • Applying de-icing material to the agreed surfaces
  • A return pass after the storm if accumulation continues
Not silently included (quoted separately if wanted)
  • We reduce snow and ice on the agreed surfaces — we do not guarantee bare pavement or an ice-free surface
  • Roof snow, ice-dam removal and any work at height
  • Salting or clearing of surfaces not listed in your plan
  • Damage arising from pre-existing conditions (heaving, cracks or hidden objects)

None of these are added to your service without you asking — they appear on the quote so there are no surprises.

What the property needs

  • Vehicles and obstacles cleared from the driveway and walkways before the trigger time
  • Edges, delicate features and low objects marked before the season
  • A place on the property where cleared snow can be piled
Safety & access
  • The crew will not clear around parked vehicles
  • Unmarked obstacles hidden under snow are cleared at the owner’s risk
◈ Weather & cancellation

Snow service is weather-triggered, not a scheduled visit. In large or back-to-back storms, clearing is prioritised by route and repeated as the storm continues; service is to the agreed trigger, not on demand.
