Spring / fall cleanup
A seasonal reset — leaves, debris and spent growth cleared and the property prepared for the season ahead. Quoted from photos and a description before we schedule.

Clear boundaries, up front
So the quote and the invoice match. Anything below marked as not-included is quoted separately if you want it — never added silently.
- Collecting leaves and loose debris from lawns and beds
- Cutting back spent perennials and clearing garden beds
- Removing accumulated yard debris from the agreed areas
- A tidy final pass so the property is reset for the season
- Bagging and haul-away, and any dump or disposal fees — quoted separately
- Gutter cleaning and any work at height
- Storm cleanup, fallen-limb and large-branch removal
- Power-washing and hardscape cleaning
Add-ons, each quoted separately
None of these are added to your service without you asking — they appear on the quote so there are no surprises.
- Bagged green-waste collection and disposal
- Ground-level clearing along the gutter line
- Additional properties or lots
What the property needs
- Access to all areas to be cleaned up
- Fragile or delicate plantings marked so they are left in place
- Pets kept indoors during the visit
- A gate code or key arrangement on file for locked areas
- Delicate features flagged in advance
Cleanups are rescheduled for snow, frozen ground or unsafe conditions. Spring timing depends on the thaw and fall timing on leaf-drop, so the window can move.
