Seasonal plans

Plan the season, in writing.

A Greenline plan is a written agreement you approve before anything is scheduled — it sets out what’s included, when we work and how it’s charged. The plans below are demonstration presentations; nothing here is a booking or a fixed price, and Greenline confirms coverage, scope and price for your property first.

We show how each plan is charged — per visit, monthly, seasonal or quoted — not an invented dollar amount. Availability is confirmed for your area and season before any plan starts.

Lawn Routine

Illustrative / demo

A recurring lawn, edge and hard-surface routine on a dependable service day.

How it’s chargedPer visitCharged per visit (recurring) — confirmed in your written plan.
Included visits or triggers
Recurring mowing visits (weekly or bi-weekly) on an agreed service day, with edging and a blow-down of hard surfaces each visit.
Typical service window
Spring through fall, on a set service day each week or fortnight. You get an arrival window on the day, not an exact time.
Disposal
Grass clippings are not bagged or hauled away by default — bagged collection and disposal is an optional add-on.
Materials
No materials included — this is a labour routine (no fertilizer or chemical application).
Renewal
Runs for the season on the agreed schedule; renewed by agreement each year before the next season starts.
Weather limitations
Visits can shift by a day for heavy rain, storms or unsafe conditions; a visit not made is not charged and the route resumes next service day.
Optional add-ons
  • Hedge and shrub trimming
  • Deeper bed weeding
  • Bagged garden-waste disposal
  • Aeration and overseeding

Season Reset

Illustrative / demo

A one-time spring or fall cleanup with scoped disposal, quoted from photos.

How it’s chargedQuotedQuoted per cleanup from photos — no fixed public price.
Included visits or triggers
One scheduled cleanup visit — leaves, debris and spent growth cleared and the property reset for the season.
Typical service window
A spring window (after the thaw) or a fall window (before first frost). Scheduled inside the window, not on a fixed date.
Disposal
Disposal is scoped in the quote — bagged green-waste collection and haul-away can be included, or excluded if you prefer to handle it.
Materials
No materials included — this is a clearing and reset service.
Renewal
A single seasonal engagement — not auto-renewing; book again each spring or fall as needed.
Weather limitations
Rescheduled for snow, frozen ground or unsafe conditions; spring timing depends on the thaw and fall timing on leaf-drop, so the window can move.
Optional add-ons
  • Bagged green-waste collection and disposal
  • Ground-level clearing along the gutter line
  • Additional properties or lots

Garden Refresh

Illustrative / demo

Bed preparation, mulch and configured planting from a written plan you approve.

How it’s chargedQuotedQuoted from the approved plan after consultation — priced from materials and scope, never guessed.
Included visits or triggers
An on-site consultation, then one install visit delivering the approved bed prep, mulch and planting plan.
Typical service window
Spring through summer; the install date is set after you approve the plan, with a service-day window on install day.
Disposal
Removal of old mulch or cleared bed material is scoped in the plan; general haul-away is quoted separately.
Materials
Mulch and plant materials are measured and quoted from the approved plan — included in your plan, never a silent add-on.
Renewal
A one-time install by default; an optional seasonal plant-care follow-up can be added.
Weather limitations
Scheduled around heat, drought and frost windows so new plants establish; the install can shift for unsafe or unsuitable ground conditions.
Optional add-ons
  • Soil amendment or topsoil
  • A decorative edging upgrade
  • A seasonal plant-care follow-up

Winter Route

Illustrative / demo

Qualified snow-and-ice service on your agreed surfaces, triggered by snowfall.

How it’s chargedSeasonalOffered as a seasonal plan or per event, after your property is qualified — no fixed public price.
Included visits or triggers
Clearing and de-icing of the agreed driveway and walkways each time an agreed snowfall trigger is met, with a return pass if a storm continues.
Typical service window
The winter season. Service is weather-triggered — for example a set number of centimetres — not a scheduled time, and there is no guaranteed arrival time.
Disposal
Cleared snow is piled in an agreed location on the property; snow haul-away is not included.
Materials
De-icing material for the agreed surfaces is included; extra freeze-thaw de-icing passes are an add-on.
Renewal
A seasonal plan for the winter, offered per-event or seasonal; renewed by agreement before the next winter after the property is re-qualified.
Weather limitations
Service is to the agreed trigger, not on demand; in large or back-to-back storms, clearing is prioritised by route and repeated as the storm continues. It reduces snow and ice — it does not guarantee bare pavement.
Optional add-ons
  • Additional walkways, steps or entries
  • Clearing the municipal windrow at the apron
  • Extra de-icing passes during freeze-thaw

Every plan is a written agreement you review and approve — there are no silent add-ons and no published fixed prices for work we have not yet scoped. Add-ons are quoted separately and only added when you ask.
